This very fun and whimsical holiday photo backdrop was created for a Police Departments Children's Holiday Party. Young and old alike could peek through the Santa, Rudolph and Elf face cutouts so that Moms and Dads could capture their cute faces for their cameras and show them off to all their friends and families!
